Paremuse suunas. Kahe nädalaga olen maha raputanud (pigem kuhugi kaotanud ) kolm ja pool kilo. Vahepeal on ikka kehvemaid päevi ka. Näiteks täna jättis mõistus mu maha ja ma ei kontrollinud, mida ning kui palju söön... Paha lugu igatahes. Või oli see mure tervise pärast? Põhjusi leidub...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Võtan esimeseks kõrguseks -10 kg, ilus ümmargune arv.&lt;br /&gt;Ja eesmärgid selleks nädalaks:&lt;br /&gt;1. Arvestan kaloreid&lt;br /&gt;2. Ei näksi vahepeal- mis on väga-väga raske, sest söök lupsab suhu nii märkamatult&lt;br /&gt;3. Nüüd oleme kõik jälle iseliigutajad, onju. Ja saagikoristuse aeg käes, kaabime kapid porgandeid täis ja sööme neid jõuluni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tegelt ei ole ma eriline motivatsioonikõneleja muidugi, aga siiski, kuidagi üksikuks jään... Ja ma vajan kollektiivi, vähemalt selliseks asjaks, nagu siin eesmärgiks. Piisab sellestki, et mu spordiklubi mind maha jätab ja lõunasöögi koht muutub maeiteamisasjaks. Midagi head ja püsivat peab ühe kidura kindlameelega keskeale läheneva tavalise eesti kartulblondiini elus ju olema.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mis mul viga rääkida muidugi, mõtlete. Ja õigesti teete. Sest minul tuli tänahommikul kaal 66,9 mis tähendab üldsummas -8,1. Ja olgugi, et see on väike sohk praegu, sest ma kaks nädalat ei söönud eriti midagi ja lihas on kah kahanend ning kui nüüd elu normaliseerub, siis tuleb kindlasti kaalu juurde, siis IKKAGI. Tahaks vähemalt selle nädalakese ilunumbreid näha. Super.&lt;br /&gt;Ise ma liiga kindel küll polnud, paar päeva läks ikka käest.&lt;br /&gt;Aga ma olen püüdnud iga päev ikka 12000-13000 sammu teha, see pidavat juba alandajana mõjuma. 10000 on hoidjad sammud, et siis ei tule juurde. Hetkel üsna lihtsalt:&lt;br /&gt;* päevas vähemalt 40 min kiiret kõndi&lt;br /&gt;* lõunasöögi ajal tõstan üha vähem kartulit ja üha rohkem värsket salatit&lt;br /&gt;* olen rohkem kergeid suppe sööma hakanud&lt;br /&gt;* hommikusöögiks pirukad - enam mitte, pigem kohvi kõrvale banaan/õun/apelsin&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Plaanid on mul suured. No näis-näis. Plaan nr 1 oleks selle kuu (maikuu) lõpus - 6 kg näha. Suts utoopiline tundub. Ma lihtsalt ei uskunud, sest eelmise nädala miinus tundus liiiiiga suur ja  ma kahtlustasin kindla peale mingit anomaalit (nt kaal tuksis vm). Aga ei, kogu miinus oli alles ja lisaks veel. Väga super.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ega ma midagi põhjapanevat teinud pole, mu blogist võib leida möödunud nädalal nt kulebjaakagi. Natuke olen liigutanud ja valdavalt ka punktid kokku lugenud. Ma olen tõesti rahul. Kokku on lahkunud 11,5 kg. Sest ise olin küll kindel, et kolm päeva lapsega kodus ei saa mitte hästi mõjuda. Ent kaal oli langenud suisa 1,5 kilo. Kahtlustan siiski mingit anomaaliat, see ei tundu päris loogiline. Tõenäoliselt näitab järgmise nädala kaalumine plussi. Aga pole hullu. Ikka tasa ja targu :)&lt;div&gt;Sporti pole teinud, aga maiks-juuniks on vägevad ja suisa võistkondlikud plaanid tehtud. Nimelt läheme nami-namikatega käijala üritusele. Tundub inspireeriv ja liigutama sundiv. Ja muidugi on toimunud ka aktiivne liigutamine ja söögiga mitteliialdamine. Peaaegu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Muide, kuskil keegi soovitas süüa leiba sinepiga. Et mitte määrida võid või muid maitsvaid asju sinna peale. Proovisin maheda sinepiga, naised, hea on! Võib vist isegi kibedamat tarvitada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Muid sööginippe ei ole praegu soovitada. Laupäeval ähvardab sünnipäev, kus ilmselgelt sunnitakse palju sööma (vanainimese sünnipäev). Enesetunne on parem ja mees ka juba kiitis aga trenni kaal mitte. Söögiga ka ei ole patustanud. Aru mai saa. Ja trennis pandi mind järgmisesse, raskemasse rühma, nüüd on nagu jõuaeroobika aga kiirus mulle ei meeldi. Jaksu pole ja õlad hoian ka kogu aeg krampis :(&lt;br /&gt;Ahjaa, eelmine kord sain teada, et mul keharasva 40% kogukaalust. A võiks olla nii 15-20. Kes ei usu, et selline rasva% võimalik on, vaadaku &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_fat_percentage"&gt;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_fat_percentage&lt;/a&gt;. 15 on selle treeningprogrammi ülem eesmärk ja 25-30 on ameerika tohtrite meelest veel aktseptaabel. Ja no lihast polevat mul ka sugugi.&lt;br /&gt;Sellegipoolest jätkan pilguga tulevikku nii trenni kui söömise osas. Seetõttu oli eilne miinus 500g väga suur ja rõõmustav üllatus. Viimase 12 aasta jooksul on lõpuks alati kaal 1 kiloga plussi jäänud ja saavutanud tänaseks uhke 74 piiri. Ja kuna põnn on lasteaiaga ka rahul, siis hommikul ujuma.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Täna kaalusin 77,7 kg. Rõõmustasin veel, et näe, ei olegi 80 kg. Aga üldiselt on nii, et maksimaalne, mille olen saavutanud, on 76,6.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ideaal oleks 65 kg. Või noh nii, et läheksid jalga püksad nr 38. Kunagi läksid. Kahjuks tuli kõrvaltulbas jälle asju korrigeerida, nimelt oli alates suvest veel 5 kilo selga roninud. Seega alla vaja võtta 20 kilo. Esimese nädalaga läks 2,1. Kuna eelmine aasta kiskus pigem juurdevõtu, kui kaalulangetamise aastaks, siis on viimane aeg seda muuta. Rannahooaeg teatavasti läheneb kohutava kiirusega...&lt;br /&gt;Otsustasin oma toidusedeli kriitilise pilguga üle vaadata ja nüüd on mu toitumine väheke teistsugune kui varem, põhiline erinevus siis, et portsjonid on väiksemad ja katsun süüa iga 4 tunni järel. Ning muidugi liikumine - kui ilm lubab, siis kepikõnd, ostan ka käe- ja jalaraskused, et tõhusam oleks. Kui ilm paha, siis kodus trenažööril pisike trenn. Ja hantlitega vehkimist väheke. Sel nädalal oli ilus üllatus, kui kaalusin end, ja kaal näitas 73,3 kg, järgmisel päeval aga juba 72,2! Selline asi on muidugi vägagi inspireeriv. Eriti inspireeriv peaks aga olema see, et kaotada tuleb 10 või enamgi kilo. Et ikka vanad riided selga mahuks, pekk ei väriseks ja kõht kaoks... Ma teadsin, et mõnisada miinust on. Panin jälle selle kerge seeliku selga. Miinuseid oli 800. Et siis 400 kummagi nädala kohta. Ma ju eelmisel nädalal mängisin jaanalindu. Olen nõuks võtnud plusse mitte saada ja seepärast ei läinud eelmisel korral kohale. Igaljuhul on kuu läbi ja kokku olen kaotanud 4,200. Pole paha. Põlved endiselt valutavad… kilosid veel liiga palju.&lt;br /&gt;Jäin seekord rühma ka, et vaadata, mis siis seekord põnevat. Teemaks oli lõõgastumine. Ah seal midagi uuet ei olnud.. ikka vann ja liikumine jms… Muidugi ka naermine. Lapsed pidid ööpäevas naerma 150 korda, täiskasvanud seevastu ainult 15. Sellele järgnes yks jutuke, mille lõppedes kõik naerma purskasid. Ma siis naersin seda kuidas teised naersid. Jutust ei saanud ma midagi aru.&lt;br /&gt;Veel käis ringi menüü leht… osad lähebad detsembrikuus jõululõunat sööma. Mina ei lähe. Siis jagati loosi, mingi südame ühingu karuke oli ka seal juures… millal need loosid loositakse või mis värk nendega on ma ei saand aru. Ei huvita ka. Muidu oleks vbl täpsemalt uurind.&lt;br /&gt;Täna pakuti kohvi ka. Seda pidi kyll ostma… 90 penni oli tass. Ma loobusin, see oli lahustuv. Ja siis tuleb kõige parem koht- me saime süüa. Ega ma näljane enam polnud.. ma olin juba ostnud paki kj shokolaade ja poole sellest kinni pistnud. Aga need toidu degusteerimised on alati nii põnevad. Seekord tehti &lt;strong&gt;kuskusi salatit tomati- basiiliku kastmega&lt;/strong&gt;. Oiii, see oli hea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Retsept on selline:&lt;br /&gt;1 kollane paprika, poolitatud ja puhastatud&lt;br /&gt;75 g kuskusi&lt;br /&gt;75 g konserveeritud chickpeasid… ma ei tea mis need eesti keeles on.. mingi herned&lt;br /&gt;125 ml keevat juurviljapuljongit&lt;br /&gt;25 g värskeid basiiliku lehti&lt;br /&gt;1 väike küüslauguküüs, purustatud&lt;br /&gt;1 tomat, tükeldatud&lt;br /&gt;50 g sunblush tomateid (jälle ma ei tea, kuidas tõlkida), hoolega õlist kurnatud, tükeldatud pluss 1 tl õli&lt;br /&gt;1 väike kabatshokk- lõigatud tikukujulisteks&lt;br /&gt;____________________________________________________&lt;br /&gt;* kuumuta grill, pane sinna paprika.. poolik külg allapoole. Grilli u 12 min või niikaua, kuni nahk on must. Jahuta, koori paprika ja tükelda.&lt;br /&gt;*Vahepeal pane kuskus ja chickpead suurde kaussi ja vala peale keev puljong. Ja esimene plussmärgiga sissekanne. Mis teha, eile sõin lõunat kell 12 ja järgmine võimalus söömiseks tekkis alles kell 6, mil kõht oli kahtlaselt tühi-tühi ja lõppes kõik karbitäie chopsticksi riisinuudlitega. Tuju on selle kaalukasvu tõttu päris s...t kui aus olla. Ja miks kaal kasvab - no eks ikka see, et ei saa ise süüa teha (mehel mul kaal langeb tänu sellele) ja söön liiga palju ja närvilisus kestva remondi tõttu ja siis see ka, et suitsetamise maha jätsin, imede ime. Igatahes, midagi tuleb kardinaalselt muuta. Ma isegi tean, mis see on - õhtune söömine tuleb ära jätta või siis süüa vähe ja väherasvast. Proovisin trennimõtteid mõlgutada, aga no pole vist minust sellist tublit trenniinimest, hea, kui kepikõnnilegi jõuan. Põhimõttel "kiirelt tulnud, kiirelt läinud" võiks ju nii toimida ka.&lt;br /&gt;Ühesõnaga, täna hommikul 70,8 ehk siis -4,2 mulle tabelisse. Ligi kilo langust.&lt;br /&gt;Söögiga olen püüdnud tagasi hoida, rookisin kartuli ja saia jälle välja menüüst. Ehkki reedel oli sünnipäev, kus sai süüdimatult kartulisalatit mugitud (sest see oli nii hea) ja mitte ainult. Kui ikka perenaine on teinud kanatäidisega tortiljatorti, siis ei saa jätta söömata. Juust peal ja puha. Aga üldiselt olen ikka õhtul ennast tagasi hoidnud, ehkki peale trenni soovitab treener meil alati süüa. Spinningutreener siis. Ja olen nats söönud ka.&lt;br /&gt;Trenniga on muidugi nii, et eelmisest kolmapäevast alates oli ainult reede see päev, kui ma EI treeninud. Aga ei saa ka öelda, et oleks eriti väsinud või midagi. Muidugi ei ole kõik tohutu võhmale ajamine, sest just sel nädalal on mul õudselt meeldiv võimalus käia hommikuti Bodybalance'it tegemas. Ma blogis juba kiitsin, kui mõnna ja tore on, just seljahaigetele soovitan soojalt. Muidugi, lihtsalt pilates on ka ülihea, aga meil klubis seda ei pakuta millegipärast...&lt;br /&gt;Ja muidugi, kui on võimalus teha mõni trenn hommikul, siis soovitan soojalt. Sellist võimlemist just. Elamus terveks päevaks :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Naised-naised, reipamalt nüüd ometi! Ja kuidas selle tabeli korrektuuriga jääb? Oleks nagu parem ülevaade siis./&lt;br /&gt;Minuga on lood hullud, kuna mahavõetud kilod on tänu söögiorgiatele kõik tagasi tulnud rõõmsasti ja tänu millele enesetunne ja rahulolek iseendaga just väga head ja kõrged ja positiivsed pole, vähe sellest, isegi kaalumine viimasel ajal soiku jäänud. Mõned riided õnneks ikka selga mahuvad endiselt :)&lt;br /&gt;Ja mõelda vaid, alles see oli, kui ma end täiesti kõhnaks inimeseks võisin lugeda!!! Ja tundus, et see kõik tuli üsna lihtsalt. Nohh, ma arvan, et tasub küll uuesti proovida. Iseloomu riismed kokku korjata ja tervislikumalt toituda! Ja kepikõndi ka sekka. Ma vist ainuke luuser.&lt;br /&gt;Suvi oli täis pidusid ja külalisi, mis tähendab kooke, kooke ja kooke....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Täna siis alustasin jälle oma kaalujälgimist. Registreerusin uuesti ja alustasin täiesti nullist. Äkki saaks siin ka andmed ära vahetada. Ikkagi uus algus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olen suvega 13 kg juurde võtnud.Täna näitas kaal 87 kg. Natuke paha oli rühma minna aga seal polnudki jube, keegi ei saand arugi, et ma olen juurde võtnud. Pealegi öeldi mulle, et tore on mind jälle näha.Aga seekord ma tahan küll soovkaaluni jõud, milleks on 70kg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kirjutan veidi rühmast ka.&lt;br /&gt;Rühm on siin veidi teistmoodi, kui Eestis. Näiteks sellist tarka loengut, nagu Eestis eriti pole. Täna polnud üldse. Kõigepealt oli muidugi see ninnu nännu, et kes on häppi ja kes mitte. Loteriisid myydi ka. £1 on tükk. Rühma lõpus siis loositakse välja, kes võidavad. Auhinnad on voutserid.. näiteks £3 või £5.. nende eest saad siis kaalujälgijate nänni osta.&lt;br /&gt;Siis anti auhind yhele, kes oli palju maha võtnud. Ja siis degusteerisime ryhmajuhi poolt tehtud salatit ja torti. Ma ei tea, kas ta tõesti teeb seda oma kulude ja kirjadega. Ta on meile veini ka pakkunud.&lt;br /&gt;Salatis oli kuskus ja marineeritud sibul ja kõrvits…. juuube nämma. Tort oli vaarika cheescake. Ka jube hea.&lt;br /&gt;Siis mängisime kahte mängu. Üks oli juur- ja puuviljade äraarvamise mäng. Meile anti prinditud lehed 15 viljaga. Iswer, ma ei teadnud pooligi nendest.Teine oli ka äraarvamise mäng. Rühmajuht luges mõistatuse ja me pidime ära arvama, mis juurviljaga on tegemist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selline lugu siis.
